Our mission is to acquire Class B, C & D grade apartments west of the Mississippi River. Properties must have an add-value component or a compelling story and provide an opportunity to leverage our skills in financing, management and organization to maximize return for investors.

We will purchase 75 units and up apartment complexes in both major, secondary or tertiary markets, with values ranging from $5,000,000.00 to $50,000,000.00. Broken Condominiums, construction defects, partially completed projects are compelling opportunities for us as are legal, financial, or other problems that would benefit from our considerable skills in these areas.
